Manager Quality Systems and Compliance (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Disciplinary responsibility for a seven-person team, ensuring process compliance and regular training requirements according to internal and external guidelines
- Strategic orientation and management of the quality department according to EN9100
- Development of concepts and measures to ensure compliance with specified quality standards (intragroup, authorities, customers)
- Planning, implementation, and follow-up of internal and external audits (1st, 2nd, and 3rd parties) in collaboration with relevant interfaces (e.g., purchasing, development, production)
- Ensuring quality in the supply chain within the Supply Chain Quality Process
- Responsibility for the continuous improvement of process and product quality within the Production Quality Process
- Representation and coordination of quality-related customer issues via the Customer Quality Process
- Ensuring Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) in the Engineering Quality/NPI process for new products
- Contact person for management system-relevant issues within the organization and with customers and suppliers
- Preparation of monthly reports for the site and for reporting to the parent company
Your qualifications:
- Completed university degree in (industrial) engineering or comparable qualifications
- Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management or engineering, as well as disciplinary leadership in this field
- Experience in leading internal and external audits
- Knowledge of quality management methods and the evaluation of measures using KPIs
- Ability to understand complex processes and identify the root causes of quality problems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, coupled with assertiveness, conflict resolution skills, and strong communication skills
- Passion for aviation and power distribution in aircraft
- Fluent in German and English
Senior Hardware Developer in Electrical Engineering/Electronics (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Deriving requirements for our solid-state power controllers from customer requirements
- Development and evaluation of concepts with regard to feasibility and budget
- Development and enhancements of electronic circuits
- Coordination with the respective development disciplines (software, mechanics, assembly, and connection technology)
- Coordination with the international program and project team
- Creating circuit diagrams and supervising the layout, as well as relevant development documents
- Definition and coordination of development and qualification tests
- Evaluation of development and verification results
- Planning and carrying out development reviews relevant to aviation
Your qualifications:
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or an equivalent field with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in designing electronic circuits
- Experience with EDA systems, preferably Cadence Allegro
- Knowledge of power electronics and the development of electronic circuits for aviation applications is an advantage
- Independent working style and fun bringing in your own ideas in a team-oriented environment
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
